The flavors of vegan foods already cover a large space in our cuisine. Characterized by not using anything of animal origin, the recipes are equally delicious and can please the most diverse palates, being even healthier options than the traditional ones. And for you to be inspired, we at Pecanobre brought you some vegan dessert options for you to rock any occasion, both for their appearance and for the irresistible flavor. Check out what we've got:

1) Brigadier!

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons of brown sugar 4 green bananas 150 grams of vegan chocolate Cocoa powder to taste

Way of doing: Start by cooking the bananas under pressure for 40 minutes and then separate part of the cooking water (we will use it later). Peel them and place them in a blender, along with some of the water that you previously separated, and blend until a mass is formed in the texture of a puree. Put the dough in a pan, along with the chocolate cut into pieces and the brown sugar. Stir well until it starts to unglue from the pan, wait for it to cool, roll it up and roll in cocoa powder.

2) Bean Brownie!

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups cooked, unseasoned black beans 1 cup chopped dark chocolate 1 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder ½ cup of rolled oats 4 tablespoons of coconut oil 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar ½ cup chopped pecans

Way of doing Take the beans that have already been cooked and washed so that only the beans remain and blend in a food processor along with the oatmeal, vanilla extract, sugar, cocoa powder and coconut oil. When everything is well homogeneous, add the bicarbonate and apple cider vinegar and continue beating until everything is incorporated. Add the chopped chocolate and walnuts and stir gently. Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200˚C for 15 to 20 minutes.

3) Strawberry and banana ice cream!

Ingredients: 3 frozen ripe bananas 1 cup frozen strawberries 2 tablespoons of your favorite plant-based milk

Way of doing: In a food processor or blender add the strawberries and milk and beat very well, finally add the bananas and mix until the dough is smooth and fluffy. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.

4) Creamy Corn Cake!

Ingredients: 1 can of corn 200 ml of coconut milk 1 cup of water 1 tablespoon of coconut oil ½ cup shredded coconut 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of cornmeal 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon of yeast 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Way of doing: In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. In a blender, beat the corn, water, coconut milk, vinegar and coconut oil, until everything is very homogeneous. Pour this mixture into the container along with the dry ingredients and mix well, until the dough is well incorporated. Pour the dough into a greased roast and take it to the oven preheated to 180ºC for 30 to 40 minutes.
