Pistachios: a vitamin-rich oilseed!


Pistachio is originally from Southwest Asia and is part of the oilseed family, being the one with the highest amount of lutein and zeaxanthin. It is also one of the richest foods in vitamin B6 and potassium.

Pistachios can make a difference in the health of those who consume, protecting the health of the eyes, the heart and preventing a series of diseases. It has many health benefits such as:
