Ingredients: 1 egg
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
In a bowl or in a blender, beat the egg with the oats and salt until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place a non-stick frying pan or lightly oiled pan over medium heat. When it is hot, put the previous mixture and leave for 2 minutes or until the bottom loosens and the dough is slightly firm. Turn and wait for it to brown on the other side too - less than 1 minute. At that moment you can stuff your pan bread with whatever you prefer. Your skillet oat bread is ready!
