1.Orange Juice with Carrot: - In this juice, orange provides vitamin C, while carrots will offer beta-carotene, another important antioxidant for the body. Ingredients: 2 oranges; 1 and 1/2 carrot; 500 ml of ice water. Preparation mode: Peel and cut the oranges into cubes; Perform the same procedure with the carrots; Add everything in the blender with the water and blend. Drink without straining. 2.Lemon, ginger and apple juice: - The protagonist of this juice is ginger, a root that has a spicy flavor and has several anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Lemon is also a highlight among the ingredients for being rich in vitamin C.

Ingredients: 100 ml of coconut water; 2 slices of ginger; ½ piece of apple; Juice of 1 lemon; Powdered cinnamon to taste. Preparation mode: Beat all ingredients in a blender and serve with ice. 3.Strawberry and Kiwi Smothie: - This drink is a drink full of vitamin C! Ingredients: 5 strawberries; 1 kiwi; 200 ml of skimmed milk; 1 spoon of honey.
